Welcome to the HANDD Workflows Library
The Workflows Library is HANDD's collection of ready-to-run managed file transfer workflows, built and tested by our engineers from the patterns we implement most often for customers — scheduled housekeeping, inbound SFTP collection with filename logic, encryption and decryption, cloud storage transfers, database extracts, API calls and administrative automation.
Each entry pairs a working workflow package with a full deployment guide, so you are not starting from a blank canvas. Import the package, follow the guide to point it at your own servers, folders and credentials, and adapt it from there.
Workflows are grouped by platform and by level. Basic workflows do one thing well and are a good starting point; Advanced workflows combine several steps — loops, conditions, error handling — and show how the pieces fit together.
How to use the Library
Every workflow has a deployment guide you can read online or download, and the workflow itself is delivered to you by email. Each card in the catalog carries the same three actions.
